Shipping Partners:

Taiwan Domestic Delivery: Hsinchu Logistics (Taiwan Main Island only)
Convenience Store Pickup: FamilyMart (Taiwan Main Island and outlying islands)
International Shipping: SF Express (Shipping fees are collected upon delivery and charged according to SF Express's regulations.)

Shipping Schedule:

Domestic Orders:

Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be shipped the same day if the item is in stock. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
Friday after 12:00 PM, Saturday, and Sunday: Orders will be shipped on Monday.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. If you need an item urgently, please place your order as early as possible.

International Orders:

Shipping fees must be prepaid.
Exchanges are not available for international orders.
For returns, customers are responsible for shipping the item back and covering international shipping costs. Any shipping fees, customs duties, or other related charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. Please do not send returns using "freight collect" (C.O.D.) as we will refuse delivery if the contents cannot be verified.

Returns and Exchanges

Upon receiving your order (starting from the sign-off date), please record an unboxing video within 7 days to inspect the goods. If there is any damage, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will not accept returns or exchanges if more than 7 days have passed since the inspection period, or if the returned item and its packaging (outer box, shoe box) are no longer in new condition. We appreciate your understanding.
Orders paid via credit card installments cannot be partially returned. Customers who used installment payments and wish to return or exchange an item should contact our physical store by phone.
Except for intimate apparel, other items can be returned. Please contact us first, and we will arrange for a courier to pick up the return. Once we confirm the item is correct, we will process your refund. If you need a different size, please place a new order.
Socks, sports bras, and underwear are considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Limited-time offer and special promotion items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online product prices and promotions are valid for online purchases. Prices for physical store transactions are subject to the prices displayed at the store.

Membership Program & Shopping Credit Usage

Registering will automatically make you a General Member.
You can become a VIP Member with a single purchase of NT$10,000 or cumulative purchases totaling NT$20,000.
VIP membership is permanent.
As a VIP Member, you will receive 2% shopping credit on every order, which can be used for discounts on future purchases. (The maximum shopping credit discount is 5% of a single purchase.)
